Speed workout
Track workout was focused on speed and consisted of fast and slow intervals.
3 x 300m hard at 90-100% max, walk the last 100m, then 1 x 800m at pace.
Rinse and repeat for a total of three iterations. 5100m, plus another 2400m for warmup and cool down, long day.
